Customer shall provide required details to company for replacement.

This guarantee will not provide compensation for any direct or indirect losses, damage incurred by manufacturing defect.

 

The company reserves all rights to change this policy at any point in time without any prior notice.

 

This guarantee policy supersedes all earlier policies circulated.

 

Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of the above policy shall be settled as per Indian law and the courts in Paota shall have the exclusive
jurisdiction.
